Flamenco in the Family

It is Flamenco month in Mendoza and so we have been watching Flamenco shows. All very exciting, but nothing compared to watching the little Flamenco dancer in the family. I have added some photos here for those who want to look.

Hope you are well and enjoying the summer.

great blog! I happened to check the expat argentina blog and linked to yours. Your photos are great and your daughter is adorable. Funny you're from the NoVa area, I was born in the DC area and my family's from Argentina. I've never been to Mendoza but it looks fantastic, I'll have to see it some day...

How wonderful to find new friends. I was born and raised in Fairfax VA - a graduate of Chantilly High School! To make a really long story short, I moved to Salta back in 1999 and fell in love with the local culture, not to mention a lovely young lady who soon became my wife. While now in the US, we plan to move back to Mendoza in early 2008. With our baby boy, pet dog, and suitcases in hand, we feel now is the time to follow our hearts and head back. After all, my wife is from San Juan, and it will be good to have the family back togehter for a time. Housing and other details make us a little nervous, but we hope things will work out for the best! Un abrazo!
